Business Intelligence Senior Manager / AGM

As a Business Intelligence Senior Manager/AGM in Mumbai, you will have the following responsibilities: - Lead the development and implementation of data analysis solutions focused on financial data with over 13 years of work experience. - Stay updated on emerging BI technologies like Tableau, Power BI, etc., to optimize data analysis capabilities. - Evaluate and implement new data warehousing solutions for managing large volumes of financial data effectively. - Utilize programming skills in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis. - Present data findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders with excellent communication skills. - Develop and execute a comprehensive financial data strategy aligning with business objectives and identifying key performance indicators (KPIs). - Establish data quality standards, implement data cleansing processes, and ensure accuracy of financial data. - Design and build data models, dashboards, and reports visualizing key financial metrics such as revenue, profitability, cash flow, and cost analysis. - Create interactive and user-friendly dashboards for decision-making across departments using BI tools. - Develop advanced analytics capabilities including predictive modeling and forecasting to identify trends and potential risks. - Manage a team of BI analysts, assign tasks, provide guidance, and mentor to develop their data analysis skills. - Generate regular financial performance reports tracking key metrics and identifying areas for improvement. - Conduct ad-hoc analysis, address specific business questions, and provide data-driven recommendations to senior management. - Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable business recommendations. - Communicate complex financial data effectively to stakeholders. - Be flexible with shifts, including night shifts.
