Business Intelligence Engineer

As a BI Engineer at PhonePe, you will have the opportunity to work with large-scale datasets and tackle real-world data modeling challenges. Your responsibilities will include: - Working with large-scale datasets to ensure scalability, flexibility, and efficiency in reporting and analytics. - Developing interactive Qlik dashboards to support data-driven decision-making. - Building and optimizing data models to support robust reporting and analytics capabilities. - Collaborating with stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide the right data at the right time. - Using modern open-source tools and technologies in the data processing stack to improve data workflows. - Contributing to the design and development of scalable data warehousing pipelines for actionable insights. - Learning and growing in a dynamic environment, gaining expertise in BI and data visualization best practices. To qualify for this position, you should have: - 1-3 years of BI experience in relevant roles, preferably in a product-based firm. - Proficiency in Qlik Sense development, dashboard design, and performance optimization. - Experience in creating and managing Qlik Sense reports, charts, and visualizations. - Understanding of data warehousing, modeling, and data flow. - Strong knowledge in SQL, with preference for Hive experience. - Ability to translate complex business requirements into interactive dashboards and reports. - Good collaboration and execution rigour.
