Business Intelligence Developer Description

• Reporting & Dashboard Development:

  Create interactive reports and dashboards that provide real-time business insights using Logi Info.

• Data Analysis & Interpretation:

  Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and deliver insights based on data analysis.

• Performance Optimization:

  Optimize query performance and improve the efficiency of the BI system to ensure fast and scalable reporting solutions.

• Data Modeling:

  Develop data models that support business analysis and reporting needs. Ensure consistency, accuracy and availability of data.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with IT teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders to define data requirements and ensure BI solutions meet business objectives.

• Documentation:

  Maintain comprehensive documentation for BI systems, data sources, reporting, and processes to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in engineering, science, information technology or business discipline, or equivalent data analyst expertise with a minimum of 4+

  years

  hands-on Business Intelligence experience required.

Experience:

• Strong experience with Logi Info Analytics Tools
• Expertise in SQL for data querying and database management.
• Understanding of HTML and/or JavaScript
• Solid understanding and experience building data views.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure or Google Cloud for data storage and processing.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to create meaningful reports.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with business users and technical teams.

Additional skill set:

• Strong ability to communicate technical and data concepts to non-technical audiences, and business concepts to technical audiences.
• Critical thinking abilities to take complex, ambiguous, abstract requirements and break them into smaller components, patterns, and views. Ability to conceptualize and think creatively.
• Be accountable for the timely deliverables meeting all quality goals.
• Ability to manage change and cope with complex and ambiguous situations.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with other business and technology leaders.
• Fluent in English.
