Job Description

Position: Analytics Lead

Roles and Responsibility

Essential Skills:

Strong expertise in Power BI DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and visualization.
Experience in SQL and data transformation techniques.
Ability to work with large datasets and optimize performance.
Familiarity with Azure Data Services (e.g., Data Lake, Synapse).
Understanding of data warehousing and ETL pipelines.
Experience in requirement gathering and translating business needs into technical solutions.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Skills:

Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics.
Experience with Power Automate or Power Apps.
Exposure to pharmaceutical or life sciences domain.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
Understanding of data governance tools like Azure Purview.

Qualifications:

Experience: 7-11 years in analytics roles, with at least 3 years in Power BI leadership or solutioning.
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
