Business Intelligence Architect

As a BI Architect in Gen AI, your role involves architecting a scalable and performant BI platform that serves as a single source of truth for key business metrics across functions such as Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance. You will be advising the BI Lead by aligning architecture decisions with long-term strategy and business priorities. Additionally, you will design a GenAI-powered natural language interface on top of BI dashboards to enable business users to query KPIs, trends, and anomalies conversationally. Your responsibilities also include selecting and implementing appropriate architectures like RAG using vector stores and Knowledge Graphs to support intelligent, context-aware insights. Moreover, you will build mechanisms to ingest and structure data from public sources to augment internal insights while ensuring adherence to enterprise data governance, security, and compliance standards. Collaboration with Data Engineering, Analytics, and Product teams is essential to ensure seamless integration. Qualifications Required: - 6-9 years of experience in BI architecture and analytics platforms, with at least 2 years working on GenAI, RAG, or LLM-based solutions. - Strong expertise in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, and data modeling. - Experience with GenAI frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, and vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate. - Knowledge of graph-based data models and tools like Neo4j, RDF, SPARQL is a plus. - Proficiency in Python or relevant scripting language for pipeline orchestration and AI integration. - Familiarity with web scraping and structuring external/third-party datasets. - Prior experience in the CPG domain or large-scale KPI dashboarding is preferred.
