Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a BI Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and visualizing data to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. Your expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, and Power BI will play a key role in transforming raw data into clear, digestible dashboards and reports for stakeholders across the organization.
Requirements
- 35 years of experience as a BI Analyst or Data Analyst.
- Strong expertise in Tableau, Power BI, and Looker Studio (advanced dashboards, calculations, automation).
- Proficiency in SQL for complex querying and data preparation.
- Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and integrating data from multiple sources (CRM, ERP, etc.).
- Ability to independently manage end-to-end BI projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data accuracy and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication skills to present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Python/R, predictive analytics, or Agile methodologies is an added advantage.
Job responsibilities
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and Looker Studio.
- Analyze complex data and deliver clear, actionable insights for business decisions.
- Partner with data engineers to integrate, clean, and transform data from multiple sources.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic and operational needs.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to governance best practices.
- Optimize BI dashboards for performance, scalability, and usability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and propose BI solutions.
- Provide training and support to business users on BI tools and dashboards.
- Troubleshoot issues related to data quality, reporting, and visualization tools.
