Business Intelligence Analyst

GlobalLogic is looking for a proactive and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst to join their team. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for independently building, maintaining, and enhancing real-time data visualizations that meet the evolving business needs. Your role will involve empowering teams with data-driven insights through the creation of dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker Studio. Key responsibilities of this role include analyzing large datasets from various business systems to extract actionable insights, designing and developing dynamic dashboards and visualizations, conducting ad-hoc analyses to support strategic business initiatives, collaborating with data engineers to integrate data from different systems, ensuring data quality and security, and presenting findings to stakeholders, including senior leadership, to drive performance improvements. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience with Python, R, or other scripting languages for data analysis, as well as experience with Power BI or Tableau. Exposure to machine learning or predictive analytics is a bonus, along with familiarity with Agile project management methodologies. The candidate must have a graduation degree and be willing to work from the office in APAC shift timings.
