Business Finance Logistics Cost

As a member of the Business Finance Logistics Cost team, you will be dedicated to providing comprehensive financial planning and steering services. Our mission is to ensure that financial targets are well understood and agreed upon by business functions, while fostering a culture of cost efficiency and continuous improvement. Your role will involve DTBP/FC planning, analysis, and clarification with line functions. The primary focus is to ensure minimal deviation against the plan and work towards reducing overall expenses in collaboration with business functions. Your responsibilities will include monthly financials analysis, setting up structures for financial analysis, highlighting deviations in cost to line functions, supporting them in defining countermeasures, and tracking progress periodically. You will address deviations in cost arising due to factors within F&C, prepare and align financial slides for Steco & other forums, clarify audit queries, and take corrective actions. Additionally, you will co-ordinate with business functions to understand processes and KPIs, drive cost efficiency programs, verify cost calculations, push stakeholders to optimize costs, monitor supplier recovery, and take part in vendor contract renewal exercises. As a Chartered Accountant with 10 years of experience, you will utilize your skills in financial planning & steering, analysis & reporting, business partnering, forum representation, vendor contract renewal, PR/biz. case approvals, and provisions & utilization management.
