Business Finance Assistant Manager

You will be joining the Business Finance team, where you will partner with the business team to drive sustainable growth. Your main focus will be on driving efficiency in investments to improve margins and minimize financial risks. You will work on understanding key business drivers, analyzing financial metrics, providing value-added analysis, and supporting sales/finance management. Key Responsibilities: - Work with business and finance leaders to build the annual operating plan and departmental budgets. - Develop comprehensive project plans for evaluating new business proposals. - Prepare, review, and analyze financial/business metrics for accuracy and completeness. - Track project/department performance to analyze successful completion of short and long-term plans. - Act as a central finance point of contact for respective departments/business segments. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams for compatibility and pacing of ongoing projects. - Program manage initiatives focused on cost optimization, technology, and process improvements. Qualifications Required: - Qualified as a Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance with 2 to 3 years of progressive accounting experience. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels of an organization. - Ability to work cohesively with multiple people across functions and teams daily. - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with financial systems such as SAP, Anaplan.
