Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive (Telesales) to join our Research and Development team. The role focuses on promoting PhD research assistance, publication, and academic support services through outbound calls and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to generate and qualify leads.
• Explain R&D and PhD-related services to scholars and researchers.
• Maintain strong follow-up to convert leads into clients.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction.
• Work closely with the academic and research teams to meet targets.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word).
• Interest in academic/research-based sales.
• Goal-oriented and proactive attitude.
