  • Must be a local resident of the designated city or nearby areas to ensure familiarity with the local market and ease of networking with healthcare professionals.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field, preferably with a strong understanding of the local healthcare landscape.
  • Sales Performance:
  • Demonstrated a successful sales track record, ideally with proven experience in meeting or exceeding targets, building client relationships, and effectively promoting products.
  • Age:
  • Under 35 years to align with energetic, adaptable candidates who are proactive in engaging with clients and have the potential for long-term growth within the organization.
  • Skills and Knowledge:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and rapport with healthcare professionals.
  • Strong product knowledge and the ability to learn new product details quickly.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently while aligning with company objectives.
  • Other Qualities:
  • High ethical standards and a commitment to compliance with industry regulations.
  • Ability to work well in a team, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility in various sales environments.
