Business Execution Manager

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Manage and develop complex teams handling multifaceted tasks and operations for a single business group within a line of business Engage business stakeholders in integrating or implementing business execution initiatives Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement, redesign, change management initiatives, and risk control development Make decisions and resolve issues regarding operations of the team to meet business objectives Interpret and develop policies and procedures aligned with business line objectives Collaborate and consult with immediate colleagues and cross functional business partners Interact directly with executive management to influence, optimize, and negotiate on business operations related to Strategy and Execution Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent Post booking certification Be accountable for a complex documentation review of the customers Share leadership role with managers to oversee a portfolio of accounts Identify opportunity for process improvements within the portfolio Review and analyze the decision process for customer accounts and evaluate the profitability and risk of designated portfolio Verify compliance and report identified issues for resolution Make decisions on complex customer issues Partner with other managers within Credit Execution and Administration (CEA) team to work on day-to-day work and to resolve issues and provides status updates on implementations Guide the team to work on Loan IQ (LIQ), Post Booking Certifications (PBC), System-of-records (SOR) and System of Origin (SOO) and work on aligned remediations Develop expertise in the policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Handle complex customer issues which include escalation and resolution Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals Lead the team with guidance, policies and daily support Interact with internal customers Receive direction from leaders Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
