Job Description

  • Plan and coordinate business events from conception through to completion.
  • Develop event proposals, timelines, budgets, and logistics plans.
  • Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers (venues, caterers, decorators, AV, etc.).
  • Coordinate travel, accommodations, and registration for attendees.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through various channels.
  • Manage on-site event execution including setup, registration, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure all events comply with legal, health, and safety obligations.
  • Evaluate event success and generate post-event reports including ROI analysis.
  • Maintain event documentation, databases, and contact lists.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,183.66 per month
