As an editorial assistant at MBA Journals, you will play a crucial role in the management and operation of our journals. Working alongside Editors, Marketers, Journal Publishing Assistants, and the Journal Publishing Manager, you will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the success of our publications. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in the transformation of accepted manuscripts into copyedited, typeset, and corrected pages for publication both in print and online. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Marketer to support promotional campaigns aimed at increasing readership and circulation of the journals. The Journal Publishing Manager, who oversees the care and development of the MBA journals, will rely on your support to ensure that all obligations as the Society's publisher are met effectively. You will be an integral part of the team, working together to maintain the high standards of our publications and fulfill our commitment to the global scientific and professional communities. As a Management Trainee (Junior Research Analyst) at MBA Journals, you will be required to conduct secondary and primary research on companies, organizational hierarchies, and related business entities for our aerospace customers. Utilizing various databases such as Hoovers, Lexis, and Nexis, you will gather information to provide credit to customers. Moreover, you will be responsible for creating a pool of Authors, Editors, and reviewers for designated MBA Journals projects and other publications. Your role will involve liaising with authors, reviewers, and editors via email to ensure the smooth operation of the allocated group of journals.
