As a Business Engagement Partner/Campus Networking Ambassador, you will play a crucial role as the liaison between our organization, your college, and various community partners, including Rotary Clubs. Your primary objective will be to bring impactful financial awareness sessions to life on the campus. To excel in this position, you will need to achieve the following key milestones: - Engage college management to facilitate hosting of awareness sessions - Generate enthusiasm among students to ensure active participation - Cultivate strong relationships with external partners - Demonstrate tangible results through increased attendance and engagement levels This role holds significant importance in our outreach strategy, aiming to amplify our presence in educational institutions. It also provides you with valuable hands-on experience in organizing events, executing marketing initiatives, and demonstrating community leadership. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with college management to arrange awareness sessions - Establishing partnerships with Institutes, Rotary Clubs, NGOs, and local community figures for joint events - Promoting events across student networks, social media platforms, and campus activities - Conducting occasional onsite visits to colleges and community events, while managing planning and coordination remotely - Monitoring attendance and engagement metrics, and providing feedback for continuous enhancement - Representing the organization professionally in all interactions The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications: - Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English (proficiency in Kannada/Tamil/Telugu would be advantageous) - Demonstrated interest or prior experience in marketing, event management, or student leadership - Ability to establish connections and foster relationships with diverse groups - Self-driven and proactive in task management - Current enrollment in an undergraduate or postgraduate program in Bangalore - Willingness to undertake local travel for onsite visits Join us in this dynamic role where you will have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on campus communities while honing your skills in communication, relationship-building, and event coordination.,
