Neelakantha Bhanu Prakash is the world&aposs fastest human calculator and Indias mental math Olympic Gold Medallist. Alongside holding four world records and 50 Limca book records, Mr. Bhanu is also a TEDx speaker and educator. He believes that the skill he has been gifted with can be passed on and taught using the right methodology and initiates in the same direction. Giving his vision of completely eradicating Math phobia a head start Mr.Bhanu has led numerous projects for developing Arithmetic skills in students across the globe.

He has addressed audiences across 23 countries at the Common Wealth Conclaves, Future city Summits, ISB, IITs, and Multiple other global institutions and meets about the importance of Arithmetic learning in the overall development of a child.

Job Description:

We are looking for motivated and passionate Business Development Associate (Fresher) night shift to join our growing team. As a Sales Executive at Bhanzu, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting our innovative products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and nurture potential clients via calls, emails, and personalized messaging.
  • Conduct product demonstrations for prospective US clients and partners.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute strategies and achieve
  • US-specific targets.
  • Gather and relay client feedback to internal teams for process improvement.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends within the US education sector.
  • Support outreach campaigns, webinars, and lead-generation initiatives.
  • Stay updated on EdTech trends and customer needs in the US market

Requirements:

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Laptop is mandatory
  • Willing to work in a start-up environment (fast-paced)

Perks:

  • No. of days Working: 6 (Rotational off MON- FRI & Sat and Sun Compulsory working)
  • Shift Timing: 9-7am , Night shift.
  • CTC Up to ?4.6LPA.
