Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Leadership

  • Hire, train, and motivate 2 4 Sales Executives working PST hours
  • Set daily/weekly targets and run performance reviews
  • Conduct role-plays and coaching sessions to improve conversion rates
  • Manage CRM pipelines (HubSpot/Pipedrive) and track follow-ups
  • Review calls and reports, reward top performers, and flag issues
  • Coordinate with CEO for complex client closings and pricing decisions

2. Business Development & Process Management

  • Design and enforce SOPs for sales ? onboarding ? service delivery
  • Identify partnerships and growth opportunities
  • Manage renewals, referrals, and upsell programs
  • Generate weekly revenue and KPI dashboards
  • Drive automation and system efficiency across departments

3. People & Team Management

  • Lead a hybrid IndiaU.S. team with clear communication and accountability
  • Hold daily stand-up and handover calls for sales and operations
  • Track attendance, productivity, and compliance with company standards
  • Mediate internal issues and build a positive, results-oriented culture

4. Reporting & Accountability

  • Maintain real-time performance dashboards in Google Sheets / ClickUp
  • Submit weekly summary reports to CEO covering leads, deals, and team status
  • Ensure all client data is accurate and timely in CRM systems

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 4 + years experience in U.S. market business development or inside sales
  • Proven track record of leading remote teams (3 + members)
  • Fluent English communication and leadership presence
  • Strong CRM, reporting, and organization skills
  • Understands both sales psychology and process discipline
  • Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with ownership attitude
