Business Development & Outreach Specialist (Organic Sector)

Role Overview: As a Business Development & Outreach Specialist at Hedamo, a global initiative by Altibbe Inc. and Altibbe Health Pvt. Ltd., your responsibility will be to acquire and onboard organic producers, identify B2B opportunities, forge certification partnerships, lead outreach and events, and execute marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire & Onboard Organic Producers - Identify B2B opportunities across food, cosmetics, textiles, and wellness sectors - Pitch Hedamo's transparency reporting as a premium differentiation tool for global markets - Forge Certification Partnerships - Build relationships with organic, BRC, ISO, Halal, and other audit professionals - Present the HVO (Hedamo Verification Officer) program as a new revenue stream - Lead Outreach & Events - Represent Hedamo at trade shows, FPOs, cooperatives, export bodies, and digital forums - Develop targeted field and digital campaigns in key regions (India, USA, Middle East, Europe) - Execute Marketing Strategy - Collaborate with design/content teams to create collateral and lead-gen assets - Map and penetrate high-value networks to fuel global growth Qualifications Required: - 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales/marketing (Organic Agri, Food-Tech, Clean Beauty, or Certification/Traceability systems) - Demonstrated ability to sell intangible, value-driven services with strong networking skills - Fluent in English; proficiency in local languages a plus - Passion for sustainability, health, and global impact - Self-starter mindset, comfortable engaging both small-scale producers and international stakeholders (Note: No additional details of the company were provided in the job description),
