Job Description

I&D Hospital Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented and highly mobile Business Development Executive to expand its hospital services business in Bangalore.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting hospitals, nursing homes and healthcare institutions across Bangalore and nearby areas within a 15–20 km radius, developing relationships with hospital management, identifying business opportunities and generating new clients for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with hospitals, nursing homes and healthcare institutions across Bangalore.
• Conduct regular field visits and meet hospital owners, directors, administrators and key decision-makers.
• Promote I&D Hospital Solution's services, including Hospital Empanelment, Insurance & TPA Tie-ups, CGHS, ECHS, Ayushman Bharat, NABH Accreditation Assistance, Cashless Desk Management, Hospital Marketing and other healthcare solutions.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and prospective hospital clients.
• Generate leads, schedule meetings, conduct presentations, follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into business.
• Negotiate commercial terms and drive business closures.
• Coordinate with the internal team for proposals, documentation, client onboarding and service delivery.
• Maintain regular reporting of hospital visits, leads generated, follow-ups and business conversions.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
• Experience in hospital sales, healthcare business development, pharmaceutical sales, medical equipment sales or healthcare services will be preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Strong sales orientation with the ability to independently generate and close business.
• Must be comfortable with daily field visits across Bangalore and nearby localities.
• Knowledge of the local healthcare market and proficiency in English and Kannada will be an advantage.

IMPORTANT – LOCAL MOBILITY IS MANDATORY

This is a field-based business development role focused exclusively on Bangalore.

The candidate will be required to cover hospitals and healthcare institutions within approximately 15–20 km of central Bangalore.

This role does not require outstation travel or visits to cities outside Bangalore.

Candidates must be comfortable with regular local travel, multiple hospital visits and client meetings throughout the working day.

Compensation & Work Schedule:

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience.
• Working Days: 6 days a week.
• Job Type: Full-time.
• Role: Field Sales & Business Development.
