Job Title: Business Development Officer

Location:

Role Purpose

Responsible for promoting training programs, generating quality leads and walk-ins, counselling prospective learners, and achieving enrollment targets through field marketing and outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities

Promote training programs in colleges, institutes, villages, and local communities.
Generate quality leads and drive learner walk-ins to the center.
Counsel prospective learners and support the enrollment process.
Achieve assigned lead, walk-in, and enrollment targets.
Build and maintain a strong learner database.
Develop relationships with local influencers, institutes, and community partners.
Plan and execute marketing and mobilization activities with the Center Manager.
Share and update leads daily through CRM/WhatsApp.
Coordinate with the Center Manager, Counsellor, Trainers, and Placement Manager.
Support center operations when required.
