Job Description

As a Business Development Manager at Crayons, you will play a crucial role in driving new business and revenue for the Digital Media team. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and closing new opportunities for branding and performance-driven campaigns. - Collaborating with internal teams to create customized media solutions for clients. - Maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers across brands and agencies. - Managing the complete sales cycle from outreach and pitching to closure and revenue tracking. What we're looking for in a candidate: - 8-10 years of experience in business development or media sales. - Strong background in Affiliate Marketing sales (CPL, CPA, CPS). - Experience in selling both branding and ROI-focused campaigns across platforms. - Hands-on experience working directly with clients in D2C, BFSI, Healthcare, Real Estate, or similar sectors. - Familiarity with key platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Influencer, and affiliate tracking platforms.,
