Responsibilities

  • Establish and sustain credibility with executives, demonstrating strong

  • Understand and leverage

  • Drive

    by identifying, tracking, and measuring customer business value to generate demand for products and services.
  • Maximize

  • Efficiently manage internal and external resources to ensure sales and business success, demonstrating strong

    resource optimization

  • Develop a deep understanding of

    IT Infrastructure Management Services

    and stay abreast of what is

    trending in IT Services

  • Understand the

    CMS Services space

    and leverage strong regional connections with accounts and their CIOs.
  • Analyze the

    impact of SMAC (Social, Mobile, Analytics, Cloud)

    on client engagement and service delivery models.
  • Articulate differentiated positions of established Tier I and Tier II IT System Integrators.
  • Achieve and exceed an annual target of

    upwards of Rs. 6 crore in Services

    and

    9 crore in product renewals

    , in line with gross margin norms, focusing on new bookings, renewals, and product billing.
