Business Development Manager – Solar EPC (Rooftop / Residential)

Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Business Development Manager for our Solar EPC division (Rooftop/Residential – B2C Sales). The candidate must have prior experience in the solar rooftop industry.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads & close sales for residential rooftop solar projects.
• Meet clients, conduct site surveys, and prepare proposals.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective customers.
• Build strong customer relationships & handle end-to-end sales.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in Solar EPC / Rooftop Residential Sales.
• Strong communication & negotiation skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and willing to travel.
• Immediate joiner required.
