Business Development Manager- Real Estate Ad Sales

Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager at our company, you will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business opportunities. You must be focused, possess strong communication skills, and have the ability to think critically when making plans. Key Responsibilities: - Identify partnership opportunities - Develop new relationships to grow the business and support company expansion - Maintain existing business relationships - Apply critical thinking in planning to ensure project success Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 3-4 years of prior industry-related business development experience - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies - Focused and goal-oriented mindset Please note that the job location is in Gurgaon, and the role requires you to work in the office on a full-time basis. The working hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday. You will be entitled to HR benefits such as 14 Casual Leaves, 12 CL, and 2 RH in a calendar year. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work from home for 2 days every month, and the 2nd & 4th Saturdays are designated as work-from-home days by default. A personal working laptop is a mandatory requirement for this role.,
