* Business development and sales of CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, PA Systems, IBMS
* Handle end-to-end sales cycle lead generation to closure
* Build and manage relationships with Corporates, Consultants, OEMs, and System Integrators
* Identify project opportunities, tenders, BOQs, and specifications
* Coordinate with internal technical and project teams
* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
* Maintain CRM, MIS, and sales pipeline
Candidate Requirements:
* 5-6+ years experience in Electronic Security / Fire Systems sales
* Strong B2B project sales background
* Proven network with Consultants, Corporates & System Integrators
* Hands-on experience in CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control & Fire Safety
* Self-driven, independent, and result-oriented
* Good communication & negotiation skills
