About Kayla

Kayla is a Kerala-based company specializing in custom mobile app development. We help clients from various industries bring their app ideas to life by offering full-cycle mobile application services — from planning and design to development and support. As we expand, we’re looking for a Sales Manager who can lead client acquisition and help us reach the next level.

Role Overview

We’re seeking a dynamic BDM with a strong background in selling services — especially software services. Your role will be to identify potential customers, understand their needs, and present Kayla’s mobile app solutions in a compelling way.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach businesses or individuals needing mobile app development.
• Pitch Kayla’s app development services and convert leads into clients.
• Collaborate with the development team to provide accurate proposals and estimates.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Represent Kayla in meetings, calls, and local business events when needed.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in service-based sales ( IT services).
• Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English.
• Understanding of mobile app trends and the ability to explain solutions to non-technical clients.
• Confident in using LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and phone for professional outreach.
• Goal-oriented and self-driven.
