• You know how to open doors with brands, agencies, production houses, referrals, and inbound leads.
• You own the pitch room from cracking briefs to treatments, decks, budgets, and closing with impact.
• You negotiate commercials with confidence, seal the deal, and make onboarding look effortless.
• You act as a true strategic partner aligning creative vision with production execution so every project shines.
• You treat onboarded projects like your own keeping a sharp eye on pre-production, production, and post.
• You thrive on collaboration with directors, producers, creatives, and post teams ensuring delivery is on time, on budget, and at the highest quality.
• You keep TITO Films creds, reels, and case studies fresh, sharp, and ready to impress.
• You make client experience seamless, proactive, and solution-driven at every touchpoint.
• You nurture long-term relationships and always spot upsell & cross-sell opportunities that add real value.

• Oversee budgets, timelines, and execution across pre, production, and post.
• Keep our reels, decks, and creds sharp, fresh, and market-ready.
• Spot opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, always adding genuine value.
• Champion client experience proactive, solution-driven, and memorable.
