What You'll Do

• Find and connect with potential franchise and channel partners.
• Understand their requirements and explain the business opportunity.
• Pitch the franchise and partnership model.
• Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to closure.
• Negotiate and close B2B partnership deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding.
• Maintain lead and sales records using CRM tools.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Who We're Looking For

• 2–6 years of experience in Franchise Sales, Channel Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, HNI Sales, IT Sales, or EdTech Sales.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
• Good relationship-management skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable with sales.
• Experience with CRM tools is an advantage.

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (1 Saturday Off)
• Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
• BYOD: Bring Your Own Device

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
