Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Manager – Digital Marketing Services to drive new business acquisition, develop client relationships, and generate revenue opportunities for our digital marketing services.

This role is suited to candidates who can identify potential clients, engage business decision-makers, understand marketing requirements, present relevant solutions, and convert prospects into long-term customers. You will focus on developing business opportunities with companies looking to improve their online visibility, generate qualified leads, attract customers, and grow their business through digital marketing.

Our services include Google Ads, SEO, PPC advertising, social media marketing, website design and development, and other digital marketing solutions.

The role involves managing the business development process from prospect identification and initial discussions through proposals, negotiations, deal closure, and client handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for digital marketing services across relevant industries and target markets.
• Research potential clients, understand their business models, and identify opportunities where digital marketing can support their growth.
• Build relationships with Founders, CEOs, Business Owners, Directors, Marketing Heads, and other key decision-makers.
• Generate sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other relevant channels.
• Understand prospects' marketing objectives, customer acquisition challenges, advertising requirements, and business growth priorities.
• Present suitable services, including Google Ads, SEO, PPC campaigns, social media marketing, and website development, based on client requirements.
• Conduct client meetings, sales presentations, discovery calls, and requirement discussions to develop qualified business opportunities.
• Evaluate prospect suitability, project requirements, budget, decision-making authority, and purchase timelines.
• Develop and present service proposals, quotations, commercial offers, and customized solutions to prospective clients.
• Lead sales discussions, handle objections, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and drive opportunities toward successful closure.
• Manage the sales pipeline, maintain consistent follow-ups, and ensure opportunities progress through the business development process.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospects to encourage client acquisition, repeat business, and long-term partnerships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to clarify client requirements, align service expectations, and facilitate a smooth client handover after conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, meetings, proposals, negotiations, pipeline stages, and sales outcomes in CRM systems or tracking sheets.
• Monitor business development performance against assigned targets for meetings, qualified opportunities, new clients, and revenue.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and potential service opportunities to support business growth.

Experience

Relevant experience in business development, B2B sales, client acquisition, digital marketing sales, or agency business development is preferred.

Candidates with experience acquiring clients for Google Ads, SEO, PPC management, social media marketing, website development, or other digital marketing services will have an advantage.
