Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Manager – Digital Marketing to identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and generate revenue by selling digital marketing services to businesses.

The role includes business development, prospect research, client acquisition, sales meetings, understanding marketing requirements, presenting service proposals, managing negotiations, and converting potential clients into long-term customers. The candidate will be responsible for developing a sales pipeline and achieving business development targets.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identify and approach potential businesses that may need digital marketing services to generate leads, acquire customers, and improve their online presence
• Connect with business owners, Founders, CEOs, Directors, Marketing Heads, and other decision-makers
• Generate business opportunities through outbound calling, email, LinkedIn, networking, business directories, referrals, and other approved channels
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients for Google Ads, PPC management, SEO, social media marketing, website development, and other digital services
• Understand client business goals, marketing challenges, target audience, advertising requirements, and lead generation objectives
• Conduct client meetings and sales discussions to identify requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing services
• Present service proposals, explain pricing, discuss deliverables, and communicate the business value of the company's services
• Qualify prospects based on business requirements, marketing budgets, decision-making authority, and readiness to invest
• Manage sales negotiations, handle objections, address client questions, and take opportunities towards closure
• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospects and existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals
• Coordinate with Google Ads specialists, SEO teams, web development teams, and other internal departments to prepare proposals and communicate client requirements
• Maintain accurate prospect details, meeting records, follow-up schedules, proposals, and sales pipeline updates in CRM, Excel, or Google Sheets
• Monitor business development activities, conversion rates, and sales performance against assigned targets
• Work towards monthly revenue, client acquisition, qualified opportunity, and business development targets

Experience

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in business development, B2B sales, client acquisition, or digital marketing services sales preferred.

Experience in a digital marketing agency, advertising agency, IT company, web development company, or B2B service company will be preferred.

Experience selling Google Ads, PPC management, SEO, social media marketing, website development, or other digital marketing services will be an advantage.
