Job Description

You will be working for one of our esteemed clients in the IT industry as a Business Development Manager focusing on Cybersecurity Solutions. Your main responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the field of Cyber Security, Cloud Solutions, and related IT services. You will need to develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed sales targets. Building and maintaining strong client relationships will be crucial, as you will act as a trusted advisor on Cyber Security solutions and conduct client meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase the value of services such as DLP, ZScaler, and Cloud Security. Understanding client needs and tailoring solutions around Cyber Security, Managed Cloud Services, and IT Infrastructure will also be part of your role. Collaborating with technical teams to deliver proof of concepts (PoC) and customized solutions is essential. You will actively seek new clients and expand the customer base, while also managing and growing existing accounts by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Keeping updated on the latest trends in Cyber Security, IT Infrastructure, and Cloud Solutions is necessary to excel in this position. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred). Technical expertise in Cyber Security solutions like DLP, ZScaler, Cloud Security, and SOC, as well as knowledge of IT infrastructure solutions such as SAP HANA, Managed Cloud, and DRaaS, is required. A proven track record of at least 5 years in IT/Software sales, with a focus on Cyber Security or related domains, is essential. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are key, along with problem-solving capabilities and a customer-first mindset. The ability to handle multiple clients and deliver results under tight deadlines is also crucial.
