NIPS is hiring a confident, presentable and result-oriented Business Development Manager to establish partnerships with schools, junior colleges and educational institutions.

The candidate will be based at our Thakurli location and will travel across Kalyan, Dombivli, Ulhasnagar, Ambernath and Badlapur to meet Principals, Directors, Trustees and College Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit schools and colleges using the institutional contact database provided by NIPS.
• Pitch NIPS educational programs and institutional collaboration opportunities.
• Build relationships with school and college management.
• Negotiate and successfully close institutional partnership agreements.
• Generate student admission opportunities for JEE, NEET and MHT-CET programs.
• Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and submit institutional visit reports.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 12th Pass; graduates preferred.
• Excellent English, Hindi and Marathi communication skills.
• Smart, confident, professional and persuasive personality.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and deal-closing abilities.
• Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
• Comfortable with regular field visits and institutional meetings.
• Experience in educational sales or business development preferred.
• Freshers with exceptional communication and business development skills may apply.
