Position Overview: We are looking for an ambitious and strategic Business Development Manager to expand our market presence and lead a high-performing sales team. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and guiding their team to meet revenue goals. The initial probation period will be commission-based. Key Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets. Lead, manage, and support a team of sales professionals to achieve collective targets. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales and business growth. Build strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders. Oversee proposal development and negotiations with prospective clients. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Provide regular performance updates and reports to the senior management. Candidate Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred. 3–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the mechatronics or automation sector. Proven leadership skills with experience managing sales teams. Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking abilities. Familiarity with CRM systems and business analytics tools. Compensation & Benefits: Probationary Period (2 Months): Commission-based Pay: Up to 3% of the total sales billed by your team . Travel Allowance (TA) and Daily Allowance (DA) as per company policy.
