Job Description

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the healthcare and diagnostic industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics and corporate clients.
Promote diagnostic services, including laboratory testing and other diagnostic solutions.
Develop referral networks and strategic business partnerships.
Generate leads and convert potential clients into long-term business relationships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare business proposals, presentations and regular sales reports.
Coordinate with internal operations and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Monitor market trends and recommend strategies for business expansion.

Qualifications:

3–5 years of relevant experience in business development or sales.
Experience in the healthcare, diagnostic or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Good knowledge of the local healthcare market.
Ability to develop and maintain professional client relationships.
Strong networking and business development capabilities.
Target-oriented approach with good problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, if required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
