Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth by building strong relationships with dentists and dental clinics. The candidate will be responsible for developing partnerships, generating leads, and expanding our presence in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, approach, and onboard dentists and dental clinics as business partners.

- Promote Smile Aligners' products and services and establish strategic partnerships.

- Conduct daily clinic and hospital visits to generate business opportunities.

- Explain product offerings and convert prospective partners into successful tie-ups.

- Develop new markets and implement business development initiatives.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and ensure regular business flow.

- Handle end-to-end communication, negotiations, documentation, and deal closure.

- Support marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and outreach.

- Achieve business targets and contribute to overall company growth.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Business Development or Sales.

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong relationship management and networking abilities.

- Ability to generate business through partnerships and associations.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned city.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
