Hiring Business Development Manager (IT) for Mumbai, Kochi, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad locations Job Description:- 1. Need to have a basic understanding of Data Security (Firewall, Data Leak/ Loss Prevention, Data Encryption, 2 Factor Authentication), File Management (Google Drive, Teams, One Drive) & Cloud SAAS (Software as a Service) solutions 2. Bring new partners/Partner customers on board & maintain relationships with the existing partners. Sending an email with FileAgo product details 3. Understand Partner customers & bring business needs 4. Coordinate with other company personnel such as the Support Team & management team to deliver & meet customer/partner expectations. 5. Act as a bridge for communication between the customers/partners' tech team. 6. Coordinate with partner sales personnel & maximize sales. 7. Manage funnels, forecast, and seize sales opportunities. 8. Drive & manage sales & marketing campaigns of Channel Partners. Qualifications and Experience: 1. Bachelor's degree experience in the related field. 2. Minimum of 2 to 5 years of progressive experience in Sales roles. 3. Proven experience in Direct, Channel, Government & Reference Sales 4. Knowledge about Data Security (Firewall, Data Leak/ Loss Prevention, Data Encryption, 2 Factor Authentication), File Management (Google Drive, Teams, One Drive) & Cloud SAAS (Software as a Service) solutions 5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. 6. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure. 7. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. 8. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision. 9. Strong leadership skills with a collaborative approach to team management.
