As an experienced Business Development Manager at our Automatic Corrugated Boxes Manufacturing Plant, your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, developing strategies for pursuing them, and building strong relationships with potential clients. You will be responsible for negotiating contracts and achieving sales targets through strategic planning, account management, and new business development. Your key responsibilities will include: - Business Development: Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them. Building relationships with potential clients and negotiating contracts. - Sales Growth: Achieving sales targets and growing revenue through strategic planning, account management, and new business development. - Market Research: Conducting market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. - Digital Presence: Developing and implementing a digital marketing strategy to enhance the company's online presence, including social media, email marketing, and website optimization. - Gem Portal: Managing the company's presence on the Gem Portal, including updating product listings, managing orders, and ensuring compliance with portal guidelines. The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a focus on the packaging industry. Additionally, knowledge of digital presence and the Gem Portal will be beneficial for this position.
