Business Development Manager America and Europe

As a Business Development Leader at our growing global team, you will have the opportunity to work for a category leader with a strong market presence in 15 countries. Your primary responsibility will be to drive business expansion and revenue growth by developing strategies and account plans for the American and European markets. To excel in this role, you should have a good understanding of the market dynamics of BFSI technology in America and Europe. You must be a team player with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Your ability to work across different geographies and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously will be crucial. Your key tasks will include creating revenue strategies, collaborating with partners/clients, and developing new business opportunities. You will be required to engage with customer IT business leaders to influence the corporate strategy regarding the use of IT solutions. Proven leadership skills in building and motivating high-performance sales teams will be essential for success in this role. Ideally, you should have 3 to 5 years of business development experience in Global IT and Banking/BFSI, with a preference for software solution sales experience. A B.Tech/BE and/or MBA from a premier institution will be required for this position.
