Business Development Intern

Job Summary

Xpresserve LLP is seeking a motivated Business Development Intern to support business growth across the USA and European logistics and freight markets. The intern will gain practical exposure to lead generation, client outreach, sales coordination, and
international business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential customers and business opportunities in the USA and Europe.
• Support lead generation through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Communicate professionally with prospective international clients and understand their requirements.
• Assist with lead follow-ups, sales pipeline maintenance, and prospect records.
• Support conversion of leads and enquiries into business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Assist with customer queries and maintaining positive client relationships.
• Conduct market research on logistics, freight brokerage, transportation, and trends.
• Maintain reports on leads, follow-ups, and outreach activities.

Requirements

• Freshers
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Interest in sales, client interaction, and business development.
• Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, follow-ups, and online research.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools is an advantage.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Logistics, freight, supply chain, or USA/Europe market knowledge is an advantage

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
