Position: Business Development & Digital Marketing Intern

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive intern to assist the Manager in business development and digital marketing activities. The candidate will support client acquisition, lead generation, marketing campaigns, social media management, and day-to-day marketing operations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Business Development

• Identify potential clients and generate new business leads.
• Research prospective companies and prepare databases.
• Conduct client calling, follow-ups and email communication.
• Assist in preparing business proposals and presentations.
• Coordinate client meetings and maintain client relationships.
• Support the Manager in converting leads into business opportunities.

2. Digital Marketing Assistance

• Assist the Digital Marketing Manager in daily marketing activities.
• Coordinate social media content planning and posting.
• Support LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube marketing.
• Assist in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign coordination.
• Conduct basic SEO and keyword research.
• Prepare marketing reports and campaign performance updates.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors.
• Assist in website content updates and digital marketing projects.

3. Administrative & Coordination Activities

• Maintain daily work reports and lead databases.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients.
• Track project progress, deadlines and deliverables.
• Assist the Manager in presentations, meetings and reporting.

Skills Required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Canva and social media platforms.
• Good research, coordination and organisational skills.
• Willingness to learn business development and marketing strategies.
• Duration: 3–6 Months
• Mode: Work from Office / Hybrid

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
