We are currently looking to fill the position of Business Development Executive at JOBS TERRITORY and based on your qualifications, I believe you could be a great fit for the role.
We are a recruitment firm based in Bangalore.We provide recruitment services all over India. Mainly we are dealing with Product based companies. We are a 9 years old recruitment firm. We started work from home from the start, Apart from that we also encourage women empowerment in our company. So the women who are not able to go to a regular office, we provide them a platform to work.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients in the recruitment industry.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and offer suitable recruitment solutions.
Create and deliver impactful business proposals, presentations, and solutions tailored to client requirements.
Engage in lead generation, client follow-ups, and closing deals.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Collaborate with the recruitment and marketing teams to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention.
Contribute to the development and execution of business development strategies.
Achieve set sales and business growth targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development, recruitment, or sales.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Strong client relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
Proactive, motivated, and a strong team player.
