Business Development Executive

About Us

UKs Consultant is a safety consulting and industrial services firm serving the oil, gas and petroleum sector. We work extensively in electrical safety, statutory compliance consultancy and improving safety systems for PSU clients such as IOCL, HPCL and BPCL. We are appointing one capable person to take day-to-day ownership of our tendering, training coordination, client outreach and digital marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities

A. Tendering & Business Development

• Monitor GeM, IOCL, HPCL, BPCL and allied PSU portals daily and identify tenders matching our scope and eligibility.
• Search social media and online platforms for business leads.
• Email, call and use WhatsApp Business to coordinate with existing and prospective clients.
• Apply marketing ideas using AI tools and modern digital marketing techniques, as the company plans to expand beyond India. This is a service-focused role with minimal field sales.

B. Safety Training Coordination & Delivery

• Support and conduct training programmes for client personnel (classroom and on-site sessions).
• Maintain a training calendar and coordinate schedules with clients.

C. Email & WhatsApp Marketing

• Build and maintain a clean contact database of PSU, refinery, terminal, transporter and industrial clients.
• Plan and run email campaigns: write copy, send, track opens/replies and follow up on responses.
• Run WhatsApp Business outreach and broadcast campaigns for service offerings, training schedules and company updates.
• Prepare company profile, service brochures, capability statements and proposal decks.
• Report monthly on enquiries generated and leads converted.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, or MBA.
• 0–1 years of experience in business development, digital marketing or social media management.
• Schooling from CBSE or ICSE board (English medium). Strong written and spoken English is essential, as this role prepares reports, tender documents and client correspondence directly.
• Valid LMV driving licence and confident, safe driving; must be willing to drive for site visits.
• Willing and able to travel as required.
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable with online portals and digital signature (DSC) based submissions.

What We Offer

• Salary of ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
• Travel allowance, accommodation on tour, and mobile/data reimbursement.
• Performance incentive on tenders won / deals closed.
• Direct exposure to senior management and end-to-end ownership of your functions.
• Initial 3-month contract.
