Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with 2 to 5 years of experience to identify and convert new clients needing recruitment solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to pitch, negotiate, and grow our client base.

Roles and Responsibility

Identify and convert new clients needing recruitment solutions.
Pitch, negotiate, and grow our client base through effective sales strategies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services to clients.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales.
Any graduate degree from a recognized university.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
