Business Development Executive Software

You will be responsible for demonstrating the benefits of EthosITy's new software product to potential customers within the coaching institutes. You should have a strong belief in the product's vision and be willing to go the extra mile to expand the customer base. The EthosITy software product aims to empower tutors, students, and coaching institutes, bridging the gap between all stakeholders in the education industry, including students" guardians. Your main duties will include providing software product demos to coaching institutes" administrators or directors, gathering product feedback from teachers or administrators, and achieving a monthly target of onboarding 50-60 teachers onto the platform. Additionally, you will collaborate with executives to enhance the product, create monthly reports of prospective customers, and liaise with students when necessary. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in product marketing, with an MBA being preferred. Knowledge of coaching industry operations is advantageous. Excellent communication and persuasion skills are crucial, along with proficiency in digital marketing, data organization, and basic computer applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
