Business Development Executive Retail - Karnataka North (Hubli)

As a Business Development Executive (BDE) Retail for Karnataka North (Hubli) at McCain Foods(India) P Ltd, your primary purpose is to achieve targets through best-in-class execution and service in the Retail sector, including Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, and E-commerce. Your key responsibilities include: - Ensuring achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual Sales targets within laid down business terms - Setting and monitoring Sales targets for Distributors and TSIs at a beat level - Planning and allocating TSIs based on market potential - Formulating and executing secondary sales plans area-wise, distributor-wise, brand-wise, and SKU-wise - Ensuring quality market coverage through effective use of TSI and distribution network - Developing and implementing Distribution plans across distributor territories - Ensuring category availability, visibility, and freshness - Supporting micro-marketing/customer activation initiatives - Educating and training distributors on DMS systems & processes - Ensuring optimal stocking levels and high billing efficiency for all distributors - Reviewing distributor financial health To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the FMCG industry and possess the following competencies: - Business Planning and Development - Ability to plan sales targets, projections, and stock planning - Understanding market dynamics, trade pulse, and shopper behavior - Distributor Management skills including financial management and commercial policy If you are looking to be part of a flourishing and energetic environment and contribute to a recognized brand like McCain Foods, apply now!
