We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional to lead client acquisition initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with key decision-makers, and closing deals to drive revenue growth.
Identify and target potential clients through research, cold calling, networking, and market intelligence.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for acquiring new clients across defined sectors or geographies. Present company offerings effectively to key stakeholders (CXOs, Heads of Department, etc.). Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and ensure timely follow-ups. Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, delivery) to ensure client requirements are met. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking events to enhance business visibility. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and proposals using CRM tools. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Alternate Saturdays and All Sundays Off.
