About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Make a high volume of cold calls daily to generate leads 2. Advise clients on NEET/IIT-JEE preparation and NNIIT's offerings 3. Conduct in-person meetings with students and parents (Males only) 4. Manage calls, emails, and meetings to close sales (Both genders) 5. Follow up with prospects and ensure successful lead conversion and enrollments 6. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets consistently 7. Provide regular updates on performance and gather client feedback Requirements: 1. Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 2. Possess 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or counseling (Ed-tech preferred) 3. Demonstrate proven experience in making multiple cold calls 4. Show strong understanding of NEET/IIT-JEE academic fundamentals 5. Exhibit excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills 6. Be fluent in English and Telugu 7.
