Business Development Executive - IT Software

As a Empathetic Business Development Executive, your role is crucial in contributing to the growth of the company. Your responsibilities will include finding and retaining customers, encouraging existing customers to purchase additional products or features, and staying updated on changes in consumption trends. Additionally, you will be required to enhance employee capabilities through regular training and mentorship. Key Responsibilities: - Research and develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's people and capabilities. - Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities. - Collaborate with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts. - Maintain regular communication with potential clients through calls and follow-up inquiries. - Generate leads and maintain a database of prospective client information using tools like Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc. - Engage in cold calling, sending emails, and following up on replies.
