Business Development Executive - IT Software

We are looking for an empathetic Business Development Executive to contribute to the growth of our company. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for finding and retaining customers, encouraging existing customers to purchase additional products or features, and keeping abreast of changes in consumption. Additionally, you will need to build capacity among employees through regular training and mentorship. Key Skills required for this role include excellent English communication, understanding client requirements, multitasking management, and meeting client needs. The role involves responsibilities such as research and developing a thorough understanding of the company's people and capabilities, identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities, and collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts. You will also be involved in regular coordination with potential clients, creating and maintaining a database of prospective client information, and engaging in activities like cold calling, sending emails, and following up on replies. The preferred qualifications for this position include being a post-graduate with relevant experience in information systems management, software development/programming, business analysis, or sales/business development management. Specializations in business/systems analysis and technical sales are beneficial for this role.
