Job Summary: As a Business Development Executive/Sales Executive for International Sales in the Payment Domain, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth across global markets. This role will teach you a deep understanding of the high-risk payment industry, foster key client relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1.Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion in the high-risk global payment domain. Provide visionary leadership to the international sales team, setting clear goals and objectives aligned with organizational priorities. 2.Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential business opportunities in the payment domain. Utilize market insights to develop targeted sales approaches and positioning strategies. 3.Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Collaborate with clients to understand their payment needs, address concerns, and propose innovative solutions. Qualifications: Confident and good negotiation and communication skills. Better if you have proven track record in sales. Experience in high-risk industry is expected or financial technology sales is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to work independently, be proactive, and think innovatively to drive sales success. Experience with managing sales pipelines. Ability to analyze market trends and develop data-driven strategies for improvement. Degree is NOT necessary. We are looking for hunger-driven individuals. Freshers are welcome to apply.
