Job Summary:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion in the high-risk global payment domain.
  • Provide visionary leadership to the international sales team, setting clear goals and objectives aligned with organizational priorities.

2.Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential business opportunities in the payment domain.
  • Utilize market insights to develop targeted sales approaches and positioning strategies.

3.Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their payment needs, address concerns, and propose innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Confident and good negotiation and communication skills.
  • Better if you have proven track record in sales.
  • Experience in high-risk industry is expected or financial technology sales is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work independently, be proactive, and think innovatively to drive sales success.
  • Experience with managing sales pipelines.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop data-driven strategies for improvement.
  • Degree is NOT necessary. We are looking for hunger-driven individuals.
